For 18 years, Noodles Pho U has been proud to serve the Lombard community. What began as a small one-unit carryout restaurant was built on a simple foundation: a love of food, a passion for hospitality, and the joy of sharing both with our neighborhood.

With the support of our community, we have remained a family-owned restaurant dedicated to quality food, friendly service, and making every guest feel welcome. Through the years, we have continued to grow and improve while staying true to the values that define us.

We are especially grateful to have remained strong through the challenges of economic hardship and the COVID-19 pandemic. Those years reminded us even more of the importance of community, resilience, and the relationships we have built with our customers.

We believe food brings people together. Our goal has always been to create a place where people can enjoy a meal, connect with one another, and feel like family. Expanding our offerings to serve the Halal community has been one more way for us to share that commitment with the people around us.

As we celebrate 18 years in Lombard, we are deeply thankful for the support we have received over the years. We look forward to continuing to serve our community with the same care, quality, and warmth that started it all.

At Noodles Pho U, our menu brings together customer favorites, house specialties, and comforting everyday dishes made with our own touch. First-time guests should try our Korean Stone Bowl (Bibimbap) and Beef Cube Tomato Rice, two of our most popular rice dishes. 

Our signature peanut sauce makes our hand-rolled spring rolls even more memorable, while our own recipe for vegetarian summer rolls offers a fresh, flavorful option with great texture. Our house-made fish sauce is the perfect match for vermicelli bowls. For sweet and savory flavors, try our Pad Thai. For something bold and spicy, our K-POP Fried Rice and Lo Mein bring the heat. And if you want the full pho experience, our 121 Pho lets you enjoy all of our beef selections in one bowl, with broth simmered fresh every day.  

To complete your meal, enjoy our fresh fruit smoothies, boba tea, and signature house special drinks. We are also happy to take good care of guests looking for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free-friendly options, because we truly have something phở everyone.
